ENEMO has accredited a total of nine Core Team experts, three of which are based in Kyiv and six of which are working from abroad, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related risks. ENEMO has additionally engaged 48 virtual long-term observers (LTOs) in 24 teams to remotely conduct virtual observation of all regions in the country.

Following the presentation of two preliminary statements of findings and conclusions, the mission will continue following mayoral run-offs and repeated elections scheduled for 6 December, in addition to potential complaints and appeals after Election Day. A final report including a complete assessment of the process and recommendations will be issued within sixty days from the certification of results.
