On 2 May, in the framework of ENEMO's EOM to the 2024 Municipal Elections in Hungary, Head of Mission Mr. Pierre Peytier and Political Analyst Ms. Kristina Kostelac met with representatives from the Socialist Party (MSZP) Dr. Harangozó Tamás and Mr. Litresits András.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the political environment and the electoral campaign ahead of the elections. Furthermore, representatives from ENEMO's mission asked about crucial aspects related to the candidates running in the election, campaign finance oversight and transparency, rules of campaigning, the Sovereignty Protection Act, and representation of political parties at the local level.
