On May 10th, in the framework of ENEMO's 2024 EOM to the Municipal Elections in Hungary, Core Team experts conducted a briefing for the mission's Long-Term Observers (LTOs). 

The mission's 8 LTOs were briefed on crucial aspects of the electoral process and ENEMO's observation methodology, ranging from political background to legal framework and electoral system, work of election management bodies, rules of campaigning, campaign finance, media environment, LTO reporting and logistics and finances. 

Following the briefing, observers were deployed to their respective areas of responsibility, based in Budapest, Szeged, Debrecen, and Pecs, from where they will observe electoral preparations and conduct of the electoral process for the municipal elections.
