ENEMO

General Assembly

ENEMO General Assembly is composed of all ENEMO Members. All member organizations are summoned once a year to conduct the General Assembly with the aim to discuss important issues related to the work of ENEMO.

The main tasks of the General Assembly are: accepting, excluding and suspending members; adopting and amending the Constitutional Protocol, the Rules of Procedure and program for work of ENEMO; setting goals and aims; electing and dismissing the President of ENEMO and the Governing Board members and directing the Governing Board’s activities; voting upon documents and initiatives; adopting an annual financial report; deciding on changing the goal, stopping the work of the Organization and distribution of remaining assets; adopting report about the work of ENEMO; conducting other activities.

The General Assembly is chaired by the President of ENEMO.
