Governing Board
During the ENEMO General Assembly held from 26th to 29th May 2022 the new President of ENEMO and members of ENEMO’s Governing board were elected.
After the renaming of Secretary General to President of ENEMO, and Secretariat to Governing board of ENEMO, on the third day of the GA were held elections for the above mentioned mandates within ENEMO’s structure.
ENEMO Governing board is the main governing body of the Network comprising five member organizations elected for two-year term through General Assembly. The main tasks of the Governing board are: establishing internal policies and procedures; supervising the CEO’s activities and performance; presenting to the General Assembly the plan for the upcoming year designed in joint effort with the CEO; implementing jointly with CEO the fundraising plan; selecting Core Team members within an EOM; preparing and organizing the sessions of the Governing Board and the General Assembly in cooperation with the CEO; maintaining contact and communication with other international organizations, diplomatic representatives, international CSOs and governments in accordance with the Communications and Visibility Policy; reporting at least on a monthly basis to the Network and submits annual report to the General Assembly; conducting fundraising activities for the Network; conducting other activities.
Members of the Governing board are: the President of ENEMO Ana Mihajlovic, representative of Centre for Free Elections and Democracy CeSID, Society for Democratic Culture (represented by Gerta Meta), Coalition for Democracy and Civil Society (represented by Cholpon Babalieva), Promo-LEX Association (represented by Nicolae Panfil), GONG (represented by Kristina Kostelac).
