Ana is engaged in election monitoring as part of the Center for the Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID) team for almost two decades. During this period, she has managed a variety of projects related to democracy, local administrations monitoring and human rights. Moreover, for the past 18 years, has coordinated all CeSID’s EOMs- related activities in the region and also been part of international monitoring missions on 21 occasions in Ukraine, Moldova, Hungary, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro, Albania, Georgia, North Macedonia and Kosovo, with the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) and ODIHR/OSCE. Throughout her involvement in election observation, both domestic and international, she has covered a wide range of positions, from a short-term observer to an acting Head of the Mission.
Ana is a Certified Trainer of the Long-Term Observers.
Prior to her engagement in CeSID, Ana used to work as school psychologist at primary school and psychology teacher at general grammar school.
