On 15 May, ENEMO's mission met with representatives of the National Election Commission (NEC), including the President of the National Election Commission, Dr. Róbert Sasvári, and Dr. János Wiedemann, Head of the NEC Secretariat. 

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the NEC's role in the organization of the electoral process ahead of the 2024 municipal elections, the work of lower level election management bodies, preparations and trainings for election commission members, electoral complaints and appeals, national minority lists, and the election calendar for the June 9th elections.
