On October 28, Pierre Peytier, Head of ENEMO's Observation Mission in Kosovo, and Kristina Kostelac, Political and Campaign Analyst, met with Mr. Valon Hoti, General Coordinator of Local Centers and Mrs. Nazan Kërveshi, Women’s Secretariat of Lëvizja Vetëvendosje (LVV) in Prishtina. In the meeting, they discussed impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the local elections, campaign funding, women's participation and other issues related with elections.
