On April 21st, ENEMO Head of Mission Dr. Gianluca Passarelli and Deputy Head of Mission Pierre Peytier met with Vice-Chairperson of Parliament Mrs. Vasilika Hysi.
 
The meeting took place at the General Assembly of Albania, and was an opportunity to discuss the ongoing electoral campaign, access of candidates and parties to the media and equality of opportunity, the introduction of a preferential voting component to the electoral system and changes related to campaign finance ahead of the 25 April parliamentary elections.
