Maja Milikic

Maja Milikic as organized and participated in many seminars in the fields of human rights, policy writing, European and Euro-Atlantic Integrations, fight against corruption and rule of law during the period 2009 – 2015, while she was working at the Centre for Monitoring and Research as a PR Manager and Project Coordinator. Additionally, she has extensive experience of monitoring elections and was a core team member of many Election Monitoring Missions organized in Ukraine (7 missions), Armenia (1 mission), Moldova (2 missions), Kosovo (1 mission) and Serbia (1 mission) in the period 2012 – 2022. In between the Election Monitoring Missions, during 2015 – 2020 she worked at the Delegation of the European Union to Montenegro covering positions of Task Manager and Consultant, where she has gained a significant experience in the implementation of national and international projects in the field of European Integrations. She has contributed to development of numerous publications, brochures, reports, researches and studies of practical public policy.

Maja presented the results of organizations she worked for at many conferences and round tables, both in Montenegro and internationally. She holds Bachelor degree earned at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica in 2010, at the department of Applied Computer Engineering. She specialized in the field of management of information systems. In 2006 she successfully completed an English course “Business Communications” at the Seton Hall University in NJ, USA.


Maja Milikic has worked for many years as an active participant of the European integration process in Montenegro. She is an analyst, speaker and writer. In 2018 she wrote an Op-ed article which was published by CNN.
