Kyiv, July 03, 2019 – Deputy Head of ENEMO International Election Observation Mission to Ukraine Ms. Teodora Pop Trajkov, together with Ms. Ana Nenezic, Media Analyst met with Deputy chief judge, judge speaker of the Sixth Appeal Administrative Court Mr. Yevhen Miezientsev.
Representatives of ENEMO Mission discussed with Deputy chief judge the workload of the court, what the main lawsuits are about, as well as the main obstacles for the court. Mr. Miezientsev provided ENEMO with statistics about election-related cases and told about training that judges underwent in electoral matters. Furthermore, Mr. Miezientsev explained how the electoral disputes are held within the electoral process of early parliamentary elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on July 21, 2019.
