In 2005 ENEMO observed the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan held on February 27 and March 13 and the presidential election on July 10. For the presidential election, ENEMO deployed 14 long-term observers to all seven oblasts in Kyrgyzstan and 26 mid-term observers in Russia and Kazakhstan to monitor the preparation and conduct of out-of-country voting.
