First Press Conference Announcement

ENEMO IEOM to Ukraine for the Local Elections will organize the first press conference on Wednesday, 7 October 2020 at 10 AM

ENEMO International Election Observation Mission (IEOM) to Ukraine for the 25 October Local Elections is announcing a Press Conference which will be held on October, 7 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM at UKRINFORM.

At the Press Conference, ENEMO’s IEOM to Ukraine will announce the plans for observation of the 25 October 2020 Local Elections. Furthermore, ENEMO will present the mission’s composition, methodology and approach for election observation, Long term observers (LTO) deployment plan, reporting process and schedule. ENEMO will monitor and report on crucial aspects of the elections, aiming to improve the transparency of the electoral process and assess its integrity and compatibility with international election standards and best practices, as well as the domestic legal framework of Ukraine.

Speakers at the press conference will be: Mr. Zlatko Vujovic, Head of the Mission, Mr. Pierre Peytier, Deputy Head of the Mission and Ms. Maja Milikic, Press Officer.

ENEMO’s International Election Observation Mission to Ukraine 2020 for Local Elections is financially supported by USAID through the National Democratic Institute (NDI).
