The Core Team of ENEMO, Head of the Mission, Dritan Taulla; Elidon Lamani, Election Analyst; Mariam Chubabria, Political Analyst; and Momcilo Radulovic, Political Analyst, met today with the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission of Moldova, Angela Caraman and other members of the CEC.
The Core Team presented the Mission’s observation plans and methodology, and discussed with the members of the CEC on the progress of the process to date, challenges and the steps that the CEC is taking to overcome these challenges, with special emphasis on campaign finance and its supervision by the CEC.
