On April 9th, ENEMO's international election observation mission met with State Election Commissioner, Mr. Ilirjan Celibashi, at the premises of the CEC.
The meeting was an opportunity not only to meet the State Election Commissioner who welcomed ENEMO's presence in the country, but also to discuss challenges ahead of the 25 April 2021 parliamentary elections which will be held during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, the work of the CEC, training of election commission members, work with political parties, voter education, and recent amendments to the electoral legislation of Albania were discussed during the meeting.
