On 8 October, ENEMO Head of Mission Mr.Pierre Peytier met with her Excellency Mrs. Marie-Christine Butel, Ambassador of France in Kosovo. 
 
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss ENEMO's international observation of the upcoming 17 October local elections in Kosovo, along with voting rights of the diaspora, organization of the electoral process in the context of the pandemic, and respect for international democratic standards and commitments.
