On April 28th, ENEMO Head of Mission Dr. Gianluca Passarelli and Legal Analyst Mrs. Elene Nizharadze met with the Head of the High Prosecutorial Council Mr. Gent Ibrahimi.
 
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the issue of corruption in Albania, and the work of the Special Anti-Corruption Structure (SPAK).
