On April 30th, ENEMO Head of Mission Dr. Gianluca Passarelli and Deputy Head of Mission Pierre Peytier met with the Ambassador of the EU Delegation H.E Luigi Soreca.
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss ENEMO's Statement of preliminary findings and conclusions, along with furthering electoral reform in Albania, specifically on aspects such as the composition of election commissions, the counting process, voters' rights and voting procedures, and the preferential voting system.
