On 8 October, Elene Nizharadze, Deputy Head of Mission of ENEMO’s IEOM to Kosovo for 2021 Local Elections met with Mr. Shukri Sulejmani, the Chairman of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel, and Mr. Mulë Desku, the Chairman of the Secretariat.
The meeting was focused on election dispute resolution, complaints and appeals procedures, shortcomings in the legislations, number of submitted complaints and other relevant issues.
