On October 8, Elene Nizharadze, Deputy Head of Mission and Kristina Kostelac, Political and Campaign Analyst met with Mr. Naim Qelaj, Ombudsperson/The People's Advocate of the Republic of Kosovo. During the meeting, they discussed voting rights of people with disabilities and national minorities, key issues that Ombudsperson's office oversees regarding the upcoming local elections and more.
