On 25 August 2025, the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) deployed an International Election Observation Mission (IEOM) to Moldova to observe the 28 September 2025 Parliamentary Elections.

ENEMO has accredited and deployed 6 Core Team experts, based in Chisinau. The Mission is headed by Mr. Dritan Taulla.

This is ENEMO’s eight election observation mission to Moldova. The aim of the EOM is to improve the transparency of the electoral process, assess its integrity and respect for international standards for democratic elections and the national legislation, as well as provide - and advocate for - recommendations for potential areas of improvement.

The mission will observe and assess the overall political and electoral environment, conduct of election management bodies, candidate and voter registration, campaigning, gender equity, voting and tabulation processes, electoral dispute resolution, and other crucial aspects of the electoral process for the 28 September elections.
