Elene Nizharadze

Elene Nizharadze has an experience of working on different positions such as the legal expert, project coordinator, deputy director and executive director. Elene has a rich experience of working on electoral and local government reforms. She was preparing legislative recommendations and was advocating for their adoption. Elene has more than ten years of experience of working on elections. She was monitoring elections, organizing and conducting awareness raising campaigns for voters, trainings, conferences, round-table meetings with various stakeholders involved in elections and other related activities. Elene has good background in election dispute resolution. She was preparing reports, policy briefs, articles, educational materials, statements and other types of documents. Besides domestic elections, Elene has experience of election monitoring in international missions of ENEMO and OSCE/ODIHR. 

Elene holds an LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law from Central European University (Budapest, Hungary) and a Bachelor's degree with the specialization in International Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi, Georgia). Elene gained a scholarship for Young Researchers Program to conduct research in international law at the University of Lodz in Poland (2004-2005).
