Dritan Taulla

Dritan Taulla is Deputy Chairperson of KRIIK Association, an Albanian civil society organization working mainly in the fields of democratization, citizen participation and human rights. He has 26 years of experience in activities aimed at improving integrity of elections and other related initiatives, transparency and accountability of political parties and public institutions, citizens’ inclusion and participation, civic education, and promotion of human rights. He has been representing KRIIK in the Secretariat of ENEMO since 2015.

Dritan has observed some 30 elections since 1997, in Albania, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, and Kosovo. covering a variety of positions. He has headed four ENEMO EOMs, in Hungary, Georgia and Moldova.

Dritan holds a PhD in Social Psychology and, besides his civic activism, since 2009 has been lecturing at the University of Tirana, in Albania.
